Job Title: Tradesman
Strange Bros. Grading Co., a trusted name in site development across Upstate South Carolina, is seeking dependable, hardworking team players to join our construction crews.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of physical labor tasks on active construction sites
- Safely operate hand and power tools (air hammers, tampers, cement mixers, hoists, shovels, etc.)
- Prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces for excavations, and handle site cleanup
- Support fellow crew members and contribute to overall project success
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to jobsites in Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, or Pickens Counties
- Consistently punctual, properly dressed, and ready to work
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to listen, follow instructions, and ask questions when needed
- Ability to lift up to 85 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Construction and/or grading experience preferred
